Rio Grande Directions for Use
For best results, shake well before each use. These are truly blended products that will separate over time, so keep them mixed!
First time use - if your sprayer is not attached to the bottle for shipping purposes, unscrew the black cap and remove the RED shipping plug from the bottle. It fits pretty tight and may be a little difficult to remove. Insert the sprayer tube into the bottle and push down HARD to screw the sprayer onto the bottle. It may seem like the tube is too long, but it will bend at the bottom once pushed down hard. This allows you to get to all of the product when the bottle is running close to empty.
For interiors - Turn the sprayer end to the mist setting and spray Rio Grande into a premium microfiber towel and wipe onto your dashboard, center console, steering wheel, glove box, headrests, door panels and door pockets to keep your surfaces looking new. If you let Rio Grande sit on the surface, it will provide a great shine. If you prefer the "like new" matt finish, wipe the product off after letting it absorb for a few minutes.
For exteriors - Spray on a foam applicator or microfiber towel and apply to non faded plastics and vinyl surfaces to maintain that new look. For faded plastics, use our thicker version, Space City Shine, to first bring those surfaces back to life. Can also be used under the hood to give those engine bay plastics and rubber a new car look.
Just a note - if you use this on your running boards to brighten them up, they will be slippery, so be careful!
Once finished, turn the sprayer to the off position to prevent the product from leaking from the end of the sprayer.
