Inspired by the Brazos River, the longest river entirely within Texas flowing between our home county and Texas A&M University. Los Brazos de Dios or "The River of the Arms of God" as named by early Spanish explorers probably due to it's many forks and tributaries, served as a location for the first two seats of government for the Republic of Texas.
